Read these conditions before purchasing the membership. Purchase implies acceptance of these conditions.

1. What is included

The Club Essència membership is priced at €99 per year, with automatic renewal every 12 months, and includes one (1) wash + blow-dry service per month. The included service corresponds to the current month and does not accumulate.

2. Appointment

All services are performed exclusively by appointment. The membership does not guarantee last-minute availability. We recommend booking in advance, especially during periods of high demand.

3. Unused services

If the client does not use the wash + blow-dry corresponding to a month, that service is forfeited and cannot be transferred, accumulated, or exchanged for money or another service.

4. Holidays and Essència closures

If Essència remains closed for holidays or a scheduled establishment closure during a period that prevents the monthly service from being provided, the affected period will be treated proportionally and will not be considered a failure to book on the part of the client.

5. Personal use

The membership is personal and non-transferable and cannot be shared with other people.

6. Other services

The membership does not include haircuts, coloring, hair treatments, products, or other services. These will be contracted and paid for separately according to current rates, except for specific promotions for members.

7. Cancellations and bookings

Appointments are subject to the salon's general cancellation policy. Late cancellations or no-shows may affect the ability to enjoy the service for the month.

8. Validity

The membership is valid for 12 months and automatically renews for successive 12-month periods. The monthly service resets at the beginning of each calendar month during the membership term.

9. Acceptance

By purchasing Club Essència, the client declares to have read and accepted these conditions. The membership automatically renews for €99 every 12 months. If you wish to cancel the renewal, you can contact Essència.
